Return Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order—if you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make things right.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 60 days of delivery (or 60 days of in-store purchase, if applicable) . To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it—this includes no visible signs of wear, stains, or alterations .
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact (footwear must be returned in its original box, with no additional stickers or writing on the packaging) .
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or original receipt .
Exceptions
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Clearance items (marked as "Final Sale" on the product page)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items with missing tags or original packaging .
These exceptions help us manage inventory efficiently and ensure we can continue offering competitive prices on our products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact our customer service team: Reach out through the Contact Us page with your order number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return . This helps us process your request faster and ensure we have all necessary details.
  1. Await return authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a return authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) via email within 2–3 business days . Note: Return shipping labels are only provided for eligible items—final sale or non-eligible items may require you to cover return shipping costs.
  1. Ship the item back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the RMA number to the outside of the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location . We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
